Edit History of the Layers

Updated: https://thesophic.wordpress.com/2011/05/04/excellent-video-explanation-on-fake-birth-certificate-it-was-not-ocrd/

Open the PDF in Illustrator. In the top menu go to “windows” then “links”. A panel will open. There will be a list of the layers/elements. Double click on one. A window will pop up with the edit info/history. For these layers it says “rotate: 90 degrees” and “size: 24%”. Scanning, OCR filters, etcetera, cannot produce bitmaps/jpgs/tiffs/gifs all in one file, nor does it rotate anything, nor does it resize or edit anything.
